Who may receive a QSLP Match?

 You may be eligible to receive an employer match on your student loan payments under a SIMPLE IRA plan if all of the following apply:

• The payment is made toward a qualified education loan for yourself, your spouse, or your dependent.

• You are legally responsible for the loan as the borrower or a cosigner.

• The payment is made during the current plan year.

• You provide your employer with proof of payment for matching purposes.
