Can I edit my employees' information after the invite has been sent?
Yes, you can edit your employees' information, but only for those who have not yet started their retirement plan process. However, you cannot edit the information for employees whose onboarding status is In Progress.
Follow the steps below to edit your employee’s information:
Step 1: Sign in to your account and navigate to the Employees section from the Dashboard.
Step 2: Find the employee whose information you want to edit and click the three-dot menu under the Action column.
Step 3: Click the ‘Edit’ option to edit the information.
Step 4: Edit the employee information, verify it, and click the ‘Save’ button to save their information.
