How to add and invite my clients to create a SIMPLE IRA plan for my client?
WealthRabbit’s user-friendly platform guides you through each step of helping your clients create their SIMPLE IRA plan. Follow the steps below to add and invite your clients
Step 1: Sign in
Log into your WealthRabbit account.
Step 2: Complete Two-Factor Authentication
Verify your identity to access your dashboard securely.
Step 3: Set Up Your Accountant Profile
Fill in the required information, review for accuracy, and click ‘Save and Continue’ to complete your profile.
Step 4: Add Team Members (Optional)
Invite team members and assign them to help manage client plans. Learn more about the different roles and responsibilities of team management.
Step 5: Choose a Subscription Plan
Select the plan that fits your firm’s needs. You can also set a default billing option for new clients. Click ‘Save and Continue’ to proceed.
Step 6: Add a Client
Click the ‘Add Client’ button and enter your client’s details to begin their setup process.
Step 7: Invite the Client to Self-Onboard
Under the ‘Add & Invite Clients to Self-Onboard’ section, click the ‘Invite’ button. This option allows your client to complete their SIMPLE IRA setup on their own.
Step 8: Send the Invitation
Enter your client’s basic information and click ‘Save and Invite’. They’ll receive an email with everything they need to get started.
Once your client completes their setup, you’ll be notified. From there, you can invite employees to enroll and manage their accounts directly in WealthRabbit.
