What if my business currently offers a different retirement plan?

If your business already offers a retirement plan, you typically cannot set up a SIMPLE or SEP IRA for the same calendar year.

You can still start a SIMPLE or SEP IRA with WealthRabbit, but you will need to terminate your current plan before the end of the year to remain compliant.
