What information do I need to provide when setting up a SEP IRA?
Before setting up a SEP IRA plan, you must provide the following information:
Business Details:
- Business name, address, and industry
- Business structure (Corporation, LLC, Partnership, etc.)
Authorized Signer’s Information:
- Full legal name
- Title or role within the business
- Contact information (email, phone, and mailing address)
- Identification document details
Beneficial Owner and Entity Officer Details:
- Full legal names of all beneficial owners and entity officers
- Title or role within the business
- Contact information (email, phone, and mailing address)
- Identification document details
Business Payroll Bank Account Details:
- Provide the details of the bank account from which the contribution is to be processed
Articles of Incorporation/Operating Agreement:
- Provide a copy of the company's Articles of Incorporation or Operating Agreement
