How to assign the team members to manage and create a SIMPLE IRA plan for my client?

WealthRabbit makes it easy to delegate retirement plan setup to your team. Follow these steps to assign team members to manage your clients’ SIMPLE IRA plans

Step 1: Sign In
Log into your WealthRabbit account.

Step 2: Complete Two-Factor Authentication
Verify your identity to securely access your dashboard.

Step 3: Set Up Your Accountant Profile
Enter your firm’s information, review for accuracy, and click ‘Save and Continue.’


Step 4: Add Team Members
Invite your team and assign them access to manage specific clients. 
Learn more about the different roles and responsibilities of team management. 


Step 5: Choose a Subscription Plan
Select the plan that fits your firm’s needs. You can also set a default billing option for new clients. Click ‘Save and Continue.’


Step 6: Click the 'Add Client' button and enter your client’s information to begin their retirement plan setup process.


Step 7: Click the ‘Assign Team Members’ button under the ‘Add & Assign to a Team Member to Onboard’ section.

  • Add & Assign to a Team Member to Onboard – With this option, you can add your clients, assign team members to them, and let your team members handle the retirement plan setup process for you.


Step 8: Enter your client’s basic information in the respective fields, assign team members to begin their retirement plan, and click the 'Save and Assign' button.


You'll receive a notification once the assigned team members complete the retirement plan set up for your clients. After that you can invite employees manually to enroll and manage their accounts.
